RETURNS

A return must be requested through Senticos within 14 days after receiving the order. After the return has been requested, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

Items may be tried on but must otherwise be returned in their original condition, with any original labels still attached.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when an item is incorrect, damaged or defective. Senticos will provide the return instructions after the return request has been approved.

Refunds may be held until the returned item or valid proof of return has been received.
