Shipping to the United Kingdom and destinations outside the European Union is currently not available through Senticos.

A tracking number will be sent by email once the order is ready for shipment.

RETURNS

A return must be requested through Senticos within 14 days after receiving the order.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and returned in the original packaging. The order number must be included with the return.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Returned items are inspected after arrival. If an item shows signs of wear or damage, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after the return has been accepted.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, Senticos must be contacted so the item can be assessed and the appropriate next steps can be arranged.
